Shipping and delivery
How long will my order take?
All orders are dispatched within 4 to 10 working days. Once your order leaves us you will receive tracking by email, and delivery time on top of that depends on your address and the carrier.
Working days are Monday to Friday and do not include public holidays.
Do you ship to Tonga and New Zealand?
Yes. We ship to Tonga, New Zealand, Australia and worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
You will get a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Check your junk folder if it has not arrived.
Sizing
What sizes do you carry?
Mens XS to 9XL, Ladies L8 to L28, and Kids K2 to K14. Not every product carries every size, so check the size dropdown on the product page.
I am between sizes, what should I order?
Size up for a relaxed fit. Our size guide lists flat measurements for every garment, which is the most reliable way to choose.
Returns
Can I return or exchange an item?
Get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order and we will sort it out. Items need to be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
