Are Your Sizes Australian Sizes?
Yes they are, but note each brand we stock uses a different size chart(s) and we have our own size chart for our custom made items or we can make to your size chart. Our own size chart the men's sizes are fairly true to size, ladies we suggest to order 1-2 sizes bigger, kids are fairly true to size
Are there any hidden fees?
We are up front about all costs. We won't surprise you with any hidden fees
Can I provide my own design?
Yes you can, just email it to sales@kustomteamwear.com Please provide us with a master hi res version of your logo and design files in vector formats; EPS, AI, PDF. If you can provide us with these files you will save time and money on design costs. If you can't provide them we can redraw them, costs may apply.
Can you provide us with a sample?
We provide a digital mockup of how the item will look included for free in the price. Physical samples in your or our design can be provided for a fee.
Can I choose a specific color(s)?
We can PMS Pantone Matching System match colours (there is a chart on line for you to review or make a selection from) but may need your sample and we charge a fee for precise colour matching. Please note your screen and your printer colours may vary from the actual products.
Can you make to my size chart?
Yes we can make to your size chart. Please discuss this with our sales staff.
Can I order mixed sizes?
Yes you can order assorted sizes within the qty you need to order. Conditions Apply.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind and cancel
Unfortunately no. We expend a fair amount of money on design, correspondence, set up fees, sampling etc So if you change your mind and cancel any amounts advanced will be forfeited and if any amounts are still due to us, we may have to ask you to pay the balance owed also.
Can you make multiple designs so I can choose one?
Yes we can.
Can you redraw my logos?
Yes we can, some without cost, some with a charge. Ask our staff about pricing
Can I pay via credit card over the phone?
Unfortunately we only accept credit card Visa, Mastercard and Amex via our webstore. There is a link on our home page which has information re this. A 3% card surcharge applies.
Do you send me my design to approve before I order?
Yes we send an electronic mockup of your design.
Do you deliver?
Yes we deliver worldwide.
Does it cost more for large sizes?
Most sizes above 5XL will attract ax extra cost.
Does the garments have to have your logo on them?
We can remove our logo on the garment but the price may increase

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery is free (standard service - for orders over $300+ GST) to any location in Australia We can offer other transport options for an additional fee. Please ask our staff for more information on how much this costs. Delivery costs for orders under $300+ GST will vary depending on location and size of the order
How much does a design cost?
We provide a design without a fee if an order is placed. If we make a design for you and you don't proceed with an order then we charge $150 per garment design.
How do I place an order?
Please send us a blank new email with the order name in the subject line, as we do not read back through emails, please list everything important to you in the email and attach an editable list of sizes, qty and an image of the approved design.
Is the delivery time Guaranteed?
Unfortunately no, as it's a manufacturing process the dates are approximate. We will inform you of any delay and if you don't want to wait we might be able to offer an alternative item and if no work has been started we can refund you in full.
If work has started then we will discuss the options with you.
I have a rough idea of what I want but not a complete design can you help me?
Yes we can just send through as much detailed info even a hand sketch will help. Please use this form design assistance form
What's the minimum quantity I can order?
That depends on what you need. In some cases 1 piece is the minimum, best to email our sales team to ask
What is the usual production time?
We can produce some items in as little as 24 hours. best to email our sales team to reconfirm. PLEASE NOTE TRANSPORT TIMES ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRODUCTION TIME. We have different shipping options please let our team know if you need a faster express freight service and we can quote.
Production times start the day after the payment has been received, excludes public holidays, or closures due to acts of god, pandemic closure's etc.

When are you closed for the holidays?
